Problems Uploading 4002 documents?

If you are:

1.    Trying to register and nothing happens. 

  • Make sure you're using the email address that the attorney registered with PACER/the court

  • Check to see that you've entered something in every field

  • Have checked the "Agree to Terms" box. 

  • If you've done those things and its still not working; then call TrusteSolutions.
     

2.     Logged in but do not see the trustee. Call TrusteSolutions (number above).

3.     Logged in and see the trustee folder but not the case; call TrusteSolutions.

4.    Trying to log in and it will not take log in credentials.

  • First check the website address.
  • The correct site is https://apps.bluestylus.com.
  • If that isn't the problem then call TrusteSolutions. 

5.    You cannot log in because they forgot the user name or password or both. Call TrusteSolutions.

If you have tried unsuccessfully to log in 3 times, they will be locked out. TrusteSolutions will need to unlock your account and send you a new password or tell you how to request a new password. You will always be told where the password will be sent, how to handle the password once it arrives, and how to change it.

6.    If you get an error message trying to upload. Please call TrusteSolutions.

7.    If you are not receiving notifications of new case filings or the first time invitation to register. Please call TrusteSolutions.

The emails go out to the email address of the attorney on Pacer (which they should have registered with). It can go into spam or can be deleted from the email before reading or they are expecting it to go to another address. They have the option, once they have registered correctly, to add an alternate email address where notices will go.
