UPLOADING REQUIRED 341 DOCUMENTS WITH BLUESTYLUS:

Instructions for creating a NEW free BlueStylus account to upload documents to the Trustee:


1.            Go to: https://apps.bluestylus.com/

2.            Click “Don’t have an account? Click here.”

3.            Choose the first option “Collaborative FREE” under “Sign up.”

4.            Complete the form.

                            Please note: You must use the same email address that you use for pacer ECF emails as a Debtor’s Attorney.

                            (Hint: Passwords need to be at least 8 characters, have at least one letter, one number, and one symbol.)

5.            Check the “I agree to the Terms of Service.”

6.            Click “Create Account.”


Instructions for uploading documents to the Trustee using your BlueStylus account:


1.            Go to https://apps.bluestylus.com/Login.aspx

2.            Login.

3.            Click “Collaborate” (left top side).

4.            Click “Bankruptcy Trustees.”

5.            Click “Trustee Name.”

6.            Choose the Case Number.

7.            There are two options for uploading documents; the one described below is the preferred option. This is  because you will be able to upload files up to                   5G in size. (If this feature does not work correctly, please retry  using Internet Explorer as your browser.) The other “Batch” option has a size limit on                        files and is not described  here.

a.         Click “Upload Documents” at the top left above the first checklist item.

b.         Click “Add files.”

c.         Browse for the documents to attach (note you can select multiple documents by holding the CTRL key  down and highlighting the documents.)

d.         Click “Open.”

e.         In the checklist column select the one that applies for each document.

f.          Click “Start Upload.”

8.          The Trustee will automatically see all the documents you have uploaded.  You will also see the documents listed below each checklist item on the screen.

9.          If you want proof that the documents were uploaded, please click the “Print” icon.

Note: In order to have the auto-generated emails sent to a different email, log in and click on “Settings” (bottom left), then click on “Firm Details,” and input the alternate email under “Notification Email,” and save.  Call support at (866) 878-7831 with any questions regarding this process.


Instructions to reset your BlueStylus password:


1.            Go to: https://apps.bluestylus.com/Login.aspx

2.            Click on “Reset your password”.

3.            Complete the form.

4.            Click “Submit”.

5.            The verification email should arrive almost immediately, if you don’t see it in your “In” box, please review your Spam or Junk folder.

6.            The password will be a long complicated password.  It is best to copy the text (making sure there are no blank spaces are highlighted before or after                 the  password.)

7.            Return to: https://apps.bluestylus.com/Login.aspx

8.            Enter your email, and paste the password.

9.            Once you are logged in, click on “Settings”, then “Change Password”.
