Section 341 Meetings of Creditors


Location: 

All Section 341 Meetings of Creditors are being conducted using the Zoom platform.  Debtors and their attorneys (if applicable) must appear by video unless prior approval for a non-video appearance is obtained from both the Trustee and the Office of the United States Trustee.

Please log into the conference line 5 minutes before your scheduled meeting.  Be sure to keep your device on mute until your case is called.  When your case is called, take your device off of mute and speak slowly, loudly, and clearly as the meeting is being recorded.

Documents:

All Debtors are required to upload to the Trustee certain documents and a completed Section 341 Meeting Questionnaire and a Domestic Support Obligation Worksheet (if applicable) at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled meeting. Links to relevant documents follow:

All document uploads are to be made through Trustee Collaborative/BlueStylus, which will provide you with a list of required and requested documents by category. If you do not have a BlueStylus account, you may create one by accessing the Trustee Collaborative website here.  Do not send documents by email.


Debtors Represented by Attorneys:

Debtors who are represented by an attorney are required to upload all documents through Trustee Collaborative/Blue Stylus.  However, if you encounter any issues, please contact the Trustee's office to make arrangment to submit the documents through an alterative secure process.  Do not send documents by email.  


Debtors Not Represented by Attorneys:

Debtors who are not represented by an attorney must contact the Trustee's office to make arrangements to submit all required documents by way of a secure delivery system.  Do not send documents by email.  The Trustee's office can assist you with the document delivery process.  One of the required documents is the following pro-se questionnaire:

Identification:

All Debtors must upload two forms of identificaiton.  Please upload color copies of proof of identification, which includes a photo ID such as a valid state driver’s license, state identification card, or passport, and an original social security card or other acceptable government identification on which the Debtor's social security number appears such as a W2 or 1099 (tax returns are not sufficient).  If you have questions about whether the identification you intend to submit is acceptable, please contact your attorney or the Trustee's office in advance.  Please note:  If proof of identification is not produced in advance of the meeting, the meeting may be continued to another day. 


Intepretation:

If you require an interpretor, please contact the Trustee's office to let us know the language you require and whether you will be using the free service offered by the United States Trustee or a qualified private intepretor at your own expense.
