WHAT DOCUMENTS SHOULD I PROVIDE THE TRUSTEE BEFORE THE 341 MEETING OF CREDITORS?

Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 521, the Debtor shall provide the Trustee no later than 7 days before the date of the first set Meeting of Creditors, copies of Federal Income Tax Returns for the most recent tax year ending immediately before the commencement of the case.  Failure to do so may result in the Debtor's case being dismissed.  Tax Returns should be uploaded to Blue Stylus (preferably) or e-mailed to [email protected].  If you are not sufficiently prepared for your meeting, or the tax return has not been provided to the Trustee, your meeting may be adjourned and you may be required to return at a later date.
