GETTING STARTED WITH BLUE STYLUS

  1. Create an account https://apps.bluestylus.com/Registration/NewRegistration.aspx?trusteecollaborative=true with Blue Stylus, using the email adress that the attorney has listed on the docket on PACER.
  2. Once you have created your account, you can access Blue Stylus via this link: https://apps.bluestylus.com/Login.aspx
  3. If you would like notifications sent to a different email address from the one you use for ECF notices, click on SETTINGS and add an email to NOTIFICATION EMAL.


UPLOADING DOCUMENTS TO BLUE STYLUS

BE SURE TO USE INTERNET EXPLORER

Once you log-in, click on BANKRUPTCY TRUSTEES, then TRUSTEE NAME.

Click on the applicable CASE NUMBER.

Click UPLOAD DOCUMENTS at the upper left, above the first checklist item.

Click ADD ITEM and browse for the document on your computer.  (You can add multiple documents)

Choose the CHECKLIST ITEM to which to link the document(s) in the drop-down menu.

Then click START UPLOAD.

The Trustee will automatically see these documents after you upload them and you can see them below the checklist item.


NOTE:    If a document is required, (denoted by a red asterisk in front of the checklist name) and you are unable to supply it, click on the white space next to the YES and specify the reason the checklist item is not applicable
