Instructions for Meetings of Creditors with Chapter 7 Trustee Peter L. Fear

Before The Meeting

Before your meeting date provide certain documents as required by Section 521.

Each debtor must send the following items to Trustee Peter L. Fear so that he receives them at least 7 days prior to the Meeting of Creditors date:

  • A complete copy of your most recently filed Federal and State income tax returns, including all schedules.
  • Copies of your pay stubs, vouchers, or other document showing all income earned in the 60 days prior to the date you filed your bankruptcy petition.
  • If you have a Domestic Support Obligation, complete the enclosed Domestic Support Obligation Checklist 

Each debtor must send the following items to Trustee Peter L. Fear so that he receives them at least 14 days prior to the Meeting of Creditors date: 

  • A good-quality color copy of your original government issued photo identification.
  • A good-quality color copy of proof of Social Security Number.

Also, please make sure that all debtors have read the Bankruptcy Information Sheet provided by the UST. Debtors will be asked about this at the meeting of creditors.

Not Represented by an Attorney? READ THIS

If you are not represented by an attorney, you must send in the documents required by either U.S. Mail or by uploading the documents.

If you wish to upload your documents, send an email with your case name and number and your email address to [email protected] with the subject line: Document Upload Request. An email with instructions and a link to securely upload the documents will then be sent to you. All documents that are uploaded must use the file format .pdf and the attachments must be no more than 10 MB total.

Also, please make sure that you have read the Bankruptcy Information Sheet provided by the UST. Debtorswill be asked about this at the meeting of creditors.
