Meeting of Creditors with Chapter 7 Trustee

The full instructions for how to attend your 341 meeting are on the Notice of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Case. The day before your scheduled meeting, I will also send an email with additional instructions and attachments containing important information about your case.  


Before Your Meeting

AT LEAST 14 CALENDAR DAYS before your meeting date you or your attorney must provide:

  1. A clear color copy of your picture I.D. (driver’s license or passport) for each debtor.
  2. A clear color copy of Proof of Social Security Number (government issued social security card) for each debtor.   Guidelines for identification are explained here in English and in Spanish.
  3. Your most recent tax returns (Federal and State), including all schedules.
  4. Copies of pay advices (pay/unemployment stubs) covering the sixty (60) days prior to your filing bankruptcy
  5. Bank statements for all bank accounts and pre-paid debit cards or Apps showing the date of filing balance and activity leading to that balance. This would also be 60 days of activity.
  6. If you have a Domestic Support Obligation, complete the Domestic Support Obligation Checklist.DSO form.pdf

Attorneys should upload the above via BlueStylus. If you did not receive an email with a BlueStylus link shortly after my appointment, please send me an email at [email protected] and provide your name and case number.

Debtors without counsel may also use BlueStylus to upload your documents. If you receive an email with a BlueStylus link, please follow the instuctions to upload the necessary documents. If you did not receive a BlueStylus link, please send me an email to provide me with your email address. I will then send you a link to upload these documents using the instructions provided in the email. In the alternative, you can fax these documents to my office at 209-370-8911. Please note: you may not hand deliver these documents to my office, they must be uploaded via BlueStylus or a link from me, or faxed.    

Bankruptcy Information Sheet: All debtors must have read the Bankruptcy Information Sheet provided by the UST before the meeting of creditors. Debtors will be asked about this at the meeting of creditors. The Bankruptcy Information Sheet may be found at the link above and is available in multiple languages.

Interpreter/Translator: If a debtor will require an interpreter, please let me know prior to the 341 meeting.
